I’m working on updating the “Every Day” in the Everyday Elle website, as well as my Etsy shop, and the look and feel of my brand. The funny thing I realized is that my name is not really what I meant it to mean–at least when it’s spelled as it currently is: Everyday Elle.
- “Everyday” means normal, ordinary, and commonplace.
- “Every day” means “each day”.
The meaning I had envisioned for my blog was that I create, every day. Not that I’m boring, or that what I’m doing is normal and ordinary. It made me laugh. I wonder how many English major’s looked at my blog and thought, “Yep, your pretty normal!”
I’m in the process of redesigning my logo, so it helps to have things spelled correctly so it indicates the correct meaning.
New Every Day Elle Prints
I’ve added 2 new customized prints to my shop. I’d be happy to create one just for you. These are prints of your state or country of choice done in watercolor. Check it out.
You can also grab these in my shop or contact me to create a custom order. I do have an Etsy shop for your convenience, or you can order items through this website. I can do any state or even a country, if you prefer! The product is digital so no shipping fees involved. Once I customize this, I can send you a link to download for printing. It’s that simple!
In the future, my plan is to turn my artwork into high quality PNG or EPS files for others to use in their own projects. That way, they aren’t stuck with my ideas, but can use them in any project they wish!
