Sales & Returns
All sales are final due to the digital nature of each download, therefore, I cannot accept returns. I will however be happy to fix any errors and do what I can if a mistake is made. Please contact me within 30 days to sort it out.
Computer Issues and Downloading from the Shop
All items on this website are delivered through email or download from this website or a site that hosts large files. Many of the items on this website are large because they are artworks with high quality images. I will do my best to make these easier to download, but it is your responsibility to make sure you have enough space for the download and that your computer and internet are capable of processing the download. I cannot be responsible for technical problems except for the ones caused by my website. If you cannot download the item, I will do my best to find a work around, but it is your responsibility to seek other ways in which to download the item if your device cannot process it. Contact me if you need to know specific file sizes or how they are sent to you.
All digital downloads for are personal use only unless otherwise specified on the product page. For items with commercial uses, you are not allowed to sell the item as is, but must use it in a greater work of your own. You cannot resell any items in a set or package. Brushes, textures, and other add-ons are meant to be used as an asset to your creations, not “as is”.
Colors on computer monitors do not always reflect the final print product, so I cannot guarantee that the colors on the screen will be exact to what is printed.
